The 4 Step Approach

My first priority is helping you take care of yourself and your family. I want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and understand your tolerance for risk. Long-term relationships that encourage open and honest communication have been the cornerstone of my foundation of success.

There are several ways to work with me. If you choose to utilize the full service financial planning portion of the offering, my process is outlined below. 

1. Discovery

You talk. I listen. As much as I need to. I learn about you, your family, your hopes and what makes your operation unique. I gather hard and soft data so that the plan that I build for you is uniquely yours.

2. Plan Design

I take what we've learned and design financial solutions that address the problems that we've identified together focusing first on building liquidity, then on multigenerational succession planning, and finally tax diversification. The solutions are presented to you and adapted according to your feedback. I engage other members of your team (attorneys, accountants, etc.), or help you build a team of professionals.

3. Implementation

I handle the nuts and bolts. 

4. Ongoing Monitoring

I will meet with you at least twice per year to make sure your team is on track. The world is a dynamic place, and your plan should be too.
