New Client Onboarding

Here are the mechanics of the process so that you know what to expect as a new client . It's designed to be as thorough yet streamlined as possible.

  1. Engagement Letter is Reviewed and Signed, fees are explained in detail, invoice is sent.
  2. Client Profile is sent via email and hard copy, to be returned 10 days from receipt.
  3. Submit Documents to Advisor: see list below. 
  4. Initial/Discovery meeting is scheduled and conducted.
  5. Plan Delivery meeting is scheduled and conducted with 10 days of Discovery Meeting.
  6. If needed, account opening documents are signed.
  7. Annual Review meeting is scheduled.

  • Will or Trust Documents
